1) What you’ll need
Use a flexible measuring tape for the most accurate fit.

2) How to measure
Wrap the measuring tape around your head, positioning it about 1.5 cm (0.6 in) above your ears and just above your eyebrows at the front. Make sure the tape sits snugly, without tightening it too much.

3) Choose your size
Compare your measurement with the size chart above. If you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size for a secure and comfortable fit.
